Can I use my laptop to make and train Haar Cascade?
One of my professor said use Pc with high graphics to fasten my haarcascade training for image processing. I have laptop with 10gb ram, i5 with no external graphics (just intel graphics 2gb). I really scared if my laptop can't handle to train haar cascade.

It's been a while since I trained a haar cascade, so maybe I am mistaken, but... I am fairly certain the GPU is not used. I think there are now GPU optimized versions of OpenCV, so maybe you have that and it works for training Haar Cascades, but I have never done such a thing, it was always on the CPU.
